Q: How much does the bike weigh?
A: The bike and battery together weigh about 58 lbs.
Q: Can I use the bike in the rain or snow?
A: Yes you can. The battery is in a tough plastic casing while the rear motor is water resistant. We recommend cleaning rear motor once you are done riding the bike.
Q: What is the life of the battery?
A: The battery has 600 charge cycles and has a life of 24-36 months.
Q: What type of Li-ion battery come with the bikes?
A: Our lithium ion battery bikes are Lithium Manganese which allows for the one of the lightest batteries on the market.
Q: How much for an extra battery?
A: Batteries are $300. To order one, just give us a call or email.
Q: Where do you ship and how much?
A: We ship for free to the lower 48 States. No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, International, or to APO addresses.
Q: How are bicycles shipped?
A: Once we process your information bikes are shipped FedEx. It takes 3 to 7 business days for shipping.
Q: Is much assembly required?
A: All bikes are boxed 90% built. If you are a novice, it should take 30 minutes to get the bike built. We
provide you step by step instructions.
Q: Will your bikes fit me?
A: If you are unsure, drop us a line and we can help. Generally speaking our bikes (both electric and regular)
will fit anyone from 5'2"-6'2".
Q: Do you customize bikes?
A: Unfortunately, we do not. If you have any questions about accessories or components you want to add, give
us a call.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: No sales tax. Only for bikes being delivered in Massachusetts.
Q: What do you do about returns and exchanges?
A: If you want to return your bike or exchange your bike for a different model or color, make sure to read this.
Q: Do you provide me with a tracking number?
A: Yes, once we generate the tracking number it is emailed to you.
Q: My package got damaged in shipment. Now what?
A: If the package gets damaged in shipment, FedEx returns it to us. Once we receive the damaged package, we will
resend your bike. |
