Position: Bike Technician
Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Bike Technician
Start Date: March 2011
Compensation: $12-$16/hour depending on experience
Hours: Variable Hours until April 2011
Position:
MyBike is looking for an experienced bicycle technician to work on a part time basis that with the potential to work full-time. Skills should include: great customer service, ability to work with others. We are looking to maintain our great customer satisfaction with quick turn around on repairs as well as low costs.
Duties:
Provide excellent customer service by being a friendly, available, customer focused, excited team member
Achieve sales goals through selling repair memberships and other extra services.
Bike building
Repairing rental fleet
Inventory management
Ordering parts and accessories through our online system
Repair bikes for the general public (tune-ups, overhauls, adjustments, wheel truing, etc.)
Skills:
1-2 years experience preferred
Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely

MyBike is looking for Outside Sales Representatives to sell Repair Memberships to employers in Greater Boston. This position is part-time with flexible hours and the ability to work from home. Previous sales experience is not required and MyBike's top sales person will train new Outside Sales Representatives. This a commission position with the added benefit of residual income. Basically the harder you work, the more money you make.
