Becoming a MyBike Member entitles you to discounts on MyBike repairs and MyBike’s pick up and delivery service.
PICKUP & DELIVERY SERVICE
How it works:
To initiate a pickup request email (repair@mybikeonline.com) or call 888-738-1731. Make sure to let us know what the issue is regarding your bike, so we know what you need repaired.
We only pick up bikes during the business day, so if scheduling is an issue you can securely lock your bike outside (with the lock MyBike provided) of your work, apartment, or dorm.
A MyBike Team Member will pick up your bike at a mutually agreed upon time/location and will provide you with a cost estimate.
Your bike is brought to our shop at 516 E. 2nd St, South Boston, MA and inspected by our mechanic.
If additional repairs or new parts are needed, then our mechanic will:
>Call you to inform you of the additional work and cost
>Get the “YES” or “NO” from you
>Make the repairs you said “YES”
Once your bike is repaired a MyBike Team Member will call to confirm a delivery time/location
Payment:
When a MyBike Team Member picks up your bike, we will ask that you to fill out a form and provide a valid credit/debit card (no discover cards).
If you want to pay in cash, we will accept cash upon delivery.
When the repair work is made on your bike, your card is charged.
We provide you with a repair receipt for your records.
Turnaround Time:
Please allow 48-72 hours for your bike to be repaired and delivered.
If new parts need to be ordered (not in stock), please allow 5-7 days for your bike to be repaired and delivered.
