How it works:
Your bike can be dropped off, or you can initiate a pick-up request email (storage@mybikeonline.com), by phone (call 888-738-1731), or through our website. PLEASE NOTE:
We only pick up bikes during the Monday-Friday 10am-7pm; Saturday 10am-5pm in a 15 mile radius from our shop at 516 E. 2nd St, Boston, 02127.
A MyBike Team Member will pick up your bike at a mutually agreed upon time/location and will collect your payment information,personal information, and bike information.
Your bike is brought to our shop at 516 E. 2nd St, South Boston, MA and secureley stored at our shop.
If you choose to have a 50% complete tune-up our mechanic will perform it before your bike is returned. Your credit card will be charged once the tune-up is completed and a receipt will be emailed.If additional repairs or new parts are needed, then our mechanic will:
>Call you to inform you of the additional work and cost
>Get the “YES” or “NO” from you
>Make the repairs you said “YES”
When you want your bike returned you can come by our shop, call to arrange a delivery, or email to arrange delivery. A MyBike Team Member will confirm a delivery time/location.
Rent/Payment:
When a MyBike Team Member picks up your bike, we will ask that you to fill out a form and provide a valid credit/debit card (no discover cards & no cash).
1 month = 30 days
Your credit card will be charged a rent of $9.99 automatically from the day your bike is dropped off until your bike is returned.
We do not prorate months. If you keep your bike in our facility for 31 days, you will be charged $9.99 for the first 30 days and $9.99 for the 1 extra day. To avoid this from happening just open a line of communication.
Absolutely no refunds for months paid when bike was stored.
We provide you with a repair receipt for your records.
